Homespun Restaurant in Battle Creek

Meh, the food was too greasy. I didn't eat HALF my meal and no one offered to remake or comp. I ate my toast and eggs....... probably won't be back again for a long, long time.

Placed a simple order and they couldn't even get it right. Then i called them and they basically told me i was SOL. Would not ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. If i could give them 0 stars i would!

A ton of food. Not great if you are looking for a healthier option.

A good local breakfast restaurant in Battle Creek.

The food was good as always, the service is terrible. No refills on coffee, when asking the waitress she said if I find time. Dark haired girl with ponytail, didnt get her name, failed to put in my to go order so had to wait extra for it. Bless the girl with braids, she got my order fast and gave large to go coffee as we were leaving. Very disappointed

Best breakfast in Battle Creek, hands down. Unlike the competitors in town this food actually tastes homemade and made with love. The food is very filling and the prices are good as well. The lead waitress keeps things flowing, even when they’re busy they get to ya. The location is convenient and easy to find. I don’t dine in often I typically just pickup but the aesthetic of the restaurant is also very nice. Seems clean and well kept, just the ideal place for breakfast in Battle Creek overall. Would recommend.

Used to be our favorite place to eat. Went there today and waited ten min to be seated and ended up walking out here was three of us and they had 4 five tops open and wouldnt seat us. This was after the church crowed would have been there. Their excuse was they needed the 5 tops open on weekends. Won't be going there again anytime soon.

One of my favorite breakfast places to go to! You walk in and sit down and you almost feel like youre in a kind of waffle house setting. Open seating, staff is super friendly. Their team work is wonderful, their food is great. And the coffee is good!

My last visit there I encountered what I call the Homespun hairball. It was a small chunk of something similar to an sos pad and human hair in my sandwich.That was my last visit. My meal was no charge but I still had to pay for my drink. I wish I still had the picture of it.

It was not what I expected. I received smoked sausage instead of breakfast sausage I remember the place being a little nicer looking. Was just not to standard what it use to be.

Good food, good portions at a fair price along with attentive and quick service in a casual dining atmosphere.

We just love Homespun. Every Sunday after church we go for their terrific breakfast. Highly recommend Homespun.

Went there while car shopping for my daughter in Battle Creek.. Breakfast was terrible.. Ordered eggs over easy no yolk in eggs hash browns burnt.. Even the toast was burnt.. Would not recommend.. Lady at check out ask how was breakfast we said terrible.. She never even looked up at us..save your money go somewhere else!!

There food Is always good and on time. The ladies working in there work hard and are all good people. I would recommend this place to eat if anybody ever asked were a good place to eat at.

Food is great and fairly priced. They have a back area with bigger tables. If it wasnt for this one waiter, I would have given a 5 star. But that being said for the most part all the other waiters are great and check up on you often.

Homespun is one of the best places you can get breakfast in Battle Creek. The service can be a little slow, but the food is delicious!

Your grandmother's local spot... nothing crazy.... just good ol food... the meatloaf sandwich is always my favorite

My favorite restaurant in Battle Creek because one meal will fill you up for the whole day. If you haven’t yet, you should try the County Time Omelet, it’s my go to

ALWAYS GREAT FOOD AND AWESOME SERVICE!!!! Never disappoints! Large portions that never have you leave hungry. I always leave with a to go box. Best club sandwich and biscuits and gravy in town! Omelets are stuffed and amazing! I love how the staff works as a team. Servers seem to help each other and ultimately making the experience for the guest their first priority. A+

Dusty and her family all work at this location, until recently, the food has been amazing. A new cook has tainted that record and for 3 times, a hair has been found in our food. The head manager stated she cannot discount our order due to owners new policy, eat it or don't?! Calling health dept and code compliance, along with a few other state and local agencies.

Best d restaurant around. Be prepared to use a doggy bag. Gigantic portions at decent price. DAVE.
